Stay Overview
Staying in Barelang!
Batam Island has loads of places to stay... But here, we are more concerned with the Barelang region i.e. the chain of islands just south of Batam connected by the bridge system. As a frame of reference, bridge one is the first bridge you cross when departing Batam.
From the center of Batam to the last bridge is about 80km's. From bridge one to bridge 6 is roughly 70km's - a good ride! Most of the cycling groups kick off from bridge one as this avoids the mayhem of Batam's busy streets. The resorts featured here are the pick of the crop. Beyond these ones, there are others but will be much more like camping.
